Ramona
L. Anderson, Vice-President
Ramona L. Anderson, MS, ABD, is Vice-President as well as
Chief Technology Officer and R & D Director for AGI, Inc.
She has been the driving force behind the development of AGI
products, including MyBizChek.
For the past ten years she has been doing academic
and field research on the habits of successful firms in transferring
technology. Professionally, as an organizational development
specialist, she has concentrated on the dynamics of companies
working in chaotic, fast changing environments.
In 1992, she served as a consultant to the
newly formed Agency for Privatization in Romania,
assisting with retooling concepts for small business legislation.
Prior to that she taught at the University
of Idaho, Department
of Business and Economics. She also has extensive experience
in developing programs and projects for both the public and
private sector and training for domestic and cross-cultural.
Her MS is in Administration & Organizational
Behavior from George
Williams College
in Chicago. Her
doctoral work was done at Gonzaga
University, Spokane,
Washington.
